Adventure - Schwedagon Pagoda Gallery, Myanmar

The Schwedagon Pagoda towers 99 meters over Myanmar’s capital Yangon, formerly Rangoon.  It has been central to Burmese life for centuries, by legend since 588 BC.  If you want to get a sense of the people and the Buddhist culture of this country, wander around its environs for a day.  Here are a couple of dozen photos giving a flavor of the place.
